Contact Export DeskFinancial & Payment Terms
We primarily work with a Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight. For established partners, we also accept a 30% T/T advance with the remaining 70% payable against the presentation of scanned shipping documents (Bill of Lading).
To simplify transactions for our European clients, we accept payments in EUR (€) and USD ($) via our corporate domiciliary accounts.
Logistics & Shipping
We utilize multimodal barge operations in Lagos to transport containers from our warehouses directly to the seaside terminals. This bypasses road congestion at Apapa/TinCan and ensures we meet strict vessel cutoff times.
Our standard turnaround time from order confirmation to port loading is 14–21 days. Sea transit to major European ports (Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp) typically takes 30–35 days.
Quality & Samples
Absolutely. We encourage 3rd-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna at the port of loading. This ensures the batch matches the Technical Data Sheet provided before the container is sealed.
We provide free 500g samples for laboratory evaluation. Clients are simply required to provide their DHL/FedEx account number or cover the courier costs from Nigeria to their facility.
