Phase 2: Manual Grading & Optical Sorting
Mechanical cleaning alone cannot guarantee European food-grade quality. Our team performs hand-sorting to identify and extract:
- Stringy Gum: Low-viscosity nodules that compromise batch quality.
- Darker Nodules: Removed to ensure a consistent pale amber color in final solutions.

Phase 3: Final Inspection & Moisture-Locked Bagging
Once verified for purity, the gum is weighed and packed into moisture-resistant storage solutions designed for long sea-transit times.
